Parenting Training:
Family Unity, 10-week program, is designed to teach parents practical ways to teach children. Contact us about classes offered in Creole and Spanish. Classes will be held once a week. We offer classes in other languages, 1:1 or group settings.

- Inappropriate developmental expectations of children Parental lack of empathy of children’s needs
- Strong belief in the use of corporal punishment as a means of discipline
- Reversing parent-child roles so parents can satisfy their needs and wants
- Oppressing children’s power and independence by demanding strict obedience to parental demands.

Family Unity's co-parenting program assists parents in creating a successful parenting plan. The program teaches parents how to understand how children experience separation and anticipating the child’s needs. This is a step by step guide for the care of children of divided families used jointly with the Breakthrough Parenting program.
