Family Unity respects all of the individuals whom we do business with. We are committed to providing quality services to our customers. We promote a culture that will not discriminate against individuals based on race or financial status.
What we do:
Family Unity provides quality services, such as parenting training, behavioral observation for parenting, co-parenting, individual & family counseling, child-parent psychotherapy assessments (CPP), therapeutic and supervised visitations, and case management. We also provide groups for teens experiencing any/all life challenges.

Shawndra Maine is the founder and CEO of Family Unity, LLC. She has over 10 year’s experience working in the social services field. Her experience includes family preservation, foster care, licensing of foster homes, and completing home studies, training and development, consultation, and program development. Shawndra is certified through the Florida Certification Board as Child Welfare Licensing Counselor-Supervisor. She is an Infant Mental Health Specialist. In addition, Shawndra is a certified Breakthrough Parenting Instructor. She also holds a B.A. from the City University of New York, MBA from the University of Phoenix, M.S. in Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Psychology in Behavioral Health Leadership from Walden University
